Step 1: Login to your CUCM Publisher

We'll start with the publisher, and then do the subscriber.
Step 2: Upload the file to Media Resources > MOH Audio File Management
The file needs to be available here, and then we can link to it.
Step 3: Change the file in Media Resources > Music On Hold Audio Source

Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 on the Subscriber

Step 5: Restart the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App Service
Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > Control Center - Feature Services
Choose your server, then under CM Services select Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App and choose Restart. Do this for both the publisher and the subscriber.


Voila! You should hear the new hold music the next time you call and are placed on hold.
