Fallout New Vegas Perk Tree
Fallout New Vegas is developed on the same engine as Fallout 3, so you can expect a lot of perks from the previous title to be featured in the game along with addition of these new powerful perks. Guns, Sneak, Lockpick and 45 pts only in Melee Weaps for Cowboy perk. And definitely get Hand Loader, as there is no armor-piercing ammo available for revolvers, without that perk.
So for this topic i thought of a new perk tree that wont deal with skills but attributes to your own character. One thing that bugged me about Skyrim is that all the perks are related to skills, which is cool, but unlike Fallout there arent many passive perks that dont deal directly with a skill (like Extra Pockets). So this new Perk Tree will also help bring back lost skills like Athletics, and Acrobatics. so there could be perks like, sprint speed increased by 15%, or your jump height is increased by 20%. just a thought leave comments on what you think.

Gamebanshee has the full list of perks. They're sorted by the level at which they unlock. Just select from the list on the right hand side.
In addition, there are Traits, which are similar to Perks, but can only be selected at character creation (limit 2), and which have a negative side-effect in addition to their bonuses.
