Just after Thorin says to Kili 'We are sons of Durin, and Durin's folk do not flight from a fight,' there is this rousing [but slow] 7 note tune that plays after Bofur blows the horn and the dwarves of Erebor use a giant golden bell to smash the blockade down.
That tune plays, and then 'Sons Of Durin' on the OST starts playing when Thorin and company charge out in slow motion. There's probably less than 5 seconds between them, but apparently it's not part of the Sons of Durin track.
To be clear, I am not referring to the 6-note horn blast that is associated with Erebor.
