Alright, how about a matchup between two deadly superhuman swordsmen?
The Führer of Amestris himself, personification of the cardinal sin wrath is the current target of cyborg mercenary/vigilante Raiden. Who would win in a deathmatch between the two?
Round One- Raiden (MGS4) vs Bradley
Round Two- Raiden (MGR) with all weapons and upgrades vs Bradley

Round Three (Formerly Four)- Raiden as Jack The Ripper (Think super bloodlusted) vs Bradley (As Pride from the original FMA series/bloodlusted + Jetstream Sam's sword)
If Bradley stomps, give Raiden Bladewolf. If Raiden stomps, give Bradley Greed (original form)
Bradley (Pride) can regenerate wounds, Bradley (Wrath) cannot.
All fights take place in the desert where Raiden fought Jetstream Sam, so that neither side has an advantage.

Just for reference, Desperado consists of Jetstream Sam, Mistral, Sundowner, Senator Armstrong, Monsoon, and Khamsin. (I'll give them Bladewolf and Raiden as well, to help even the odds a little)
The Homunculi are Lust, Wrath, Pride, Envy, Sloth, Greed (original form), and Gluttony.
