Loot Failed To Set Load Order
Getting some CTD after loading up Fallout 4 on a New Computer. Been having some trouble, due to the fact that there is some crashing. I believe it is due to a mod, (or load order issue), but I have no idea which. I can start a new game fine, (using a quickstart Load), but when I make new saves, or Exitsaves, its a bit of a Crapshoot if my game will load, or will CTD on the Loading Screen after selecting the file. It loads alright when I am in the Vault, but when I try to load a Save Outside the Vault is when things can go all pear-shaped, but not always.

The Load Order Optimisation Tool (LOOT) can help with that, by providing automated load order sorting that's simple to use and fully customisable. While sorting, LOOT checks for load order errors (such as incompatibilities and missing requirements) and notifies you of any issues that it detects. It failed to set the load order because 'C: Users Luis Ramos AppData Local Fallout4 plugins.txt' could not be written. Probably that file is set read-only. Go to that folder, right-click on the file, select Properties, and at the bottom un-tick 'Read only'. Then try running LOOT again. Nope, only got the 'Failed to initialize LOOT' error; and it refuses to sort the load order. 'BTG' is Black Tree Gaming lol, didn't want to type it out. It's in the C drive, (not F where the mod staging folder is).
I tried disabling some of the more obvious Mods, (War of the commonwealth, Truestorms, Darker Nights), butt he CTD keeps happening. Scotty cameron tei3 review.
In addition, I cannot seem to get LOOT to apply new load orders now. The error that occours is posted at the bottom.
